Brenau University Mock Mediation Tournament,
October 1 and 2, 2010

in Gainesville, Georgia will be hosting its eighth annual Mock Mediation
Invitational Tournament on October 1 and 2, 2010. This three round
tournament will also include opportunities for training for students and
coaches with Ms. Lin Inlow, the Director of Education and Mediation at
The Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (CNCR) at Georgia
State University, who is a licensed professional counselor. Lin founded
and continues to direct The CNCR's Summer Institute on Conflict
Management in Higher Education. She administers the University System of
Georgia's Mediation Program and consults with the 35 institutions of the
Georgia system on the development and implementation of conflict
management programs.
Registration fees are $60.00 per each three person team and $20.00 for
each extra individual including coaches. Fees include the awards
luncheon on Saturday, October 2, 2010. Registration begins at noon on
Friday with training to begin at 1:00 pm. Tournament rounds will be held
on Friday afternoon, Friday evening and Saturday morning. Space is
limited, so register as early as possible. The registration deadline is
